Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-28. These terms govern access to the NexisGate public website and general use of NexisGate Hub services unless a separate written agreement applies.
1. Business identity

2. Services
NexisGate Hub provides technology services related to secure messaging infrastructure, channel gateway operations, customer communication, identity/session handling, delivery evidence, business application integration, and AI chatbot experiences including Che Seri AI Voice/Text Chatbot at https://voice.nexisgate.com.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use NexisGate services for spam, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, phishing, malware, illegal content, deceptive messaging, policy bypass, or violation of channel provider rules.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use, valid consent and opt-in collection, accurate business identity, approved message templates where required, timely opt-out handling, and compliance with applicable privacy and platform policies.
5. Channel providers
WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Messenger and other channel services are operated by their respective providers. Availability, limits, policy enforcement, and provider changes may affect service behavior.
6. AI chatbot use
Che Seri is an AI Voice/Text Chatbot experience. AI-generated responses may be imperfect and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice. Users should avoid submitting secrets, passwords, OTPs, confidential business information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
7. Data and security
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, audit controls, or provider policy gates.
8. Service changes
We may update features, pages, documentation, integrations, security controls, and operational practices as the product evolves.
