NexisGate Hub operates the NexisGate public brand and NexisGate - Gateway. We provide secure communication, channel gateway, identity, routing, delivery evidence, and related technology services.

Depending on your interaction with NexisGate, we may process contact details, business details, website request metadata, support correspondence, channel identifiers, message metadata, message content supplied through supported business workflows, delivery status, consent/opt-in records, audit events, and security logs.
3. Why we process information
We process information to respond to enquiries, provide support, operate channel routing and delivery evidence, maintain security, prevent abuse, handle opt-in/opt-out and deletion requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve operational reliability.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform and messaging data
When a business uses WhatsApp Business Platform through NexisGate-supported workflows, data may include WhatsApp user identifiers, message content, template status, delivery and read/failure events, opt-in or opt-out records, and support conversation metadata. Businesses must have a valid lawful basis and obtain required user opt-in before initiating applicable outbound messages.
5. Platform data and third-party providers
We may process platform data from channel providers only for the purposes described in this policy and in applicable service agreements. We do not sell personal data. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising profiling.
