2. Information we may process

Depending on your interaction with NexisGate Hub, we may process contact details, business details, website request metadata, support correspondence, channel identifiers, message metadata, message content supplied through supported workflows, delivery status, consent/opt-in records, audit events, and security logs.

3. Che Seri AI Voice/Text Chatbot data

When users interact with Che Seri at https://voice.nexisgate.com, we may process voice input, text input, generated chatbot responses, device/browser metadata, session records, safety signals, and support metadata where required to provide, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the chatbot experience.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform and messaging data

When a business uses WhatsApp Business Platform through NexisGate-supported workflows, data may include WhatsApp user identifiers, message content, template status, delivery and read/failure events, opt-in or opt-out records, and support conversation metadata. Businesses must have a valid lawful basis and obtain required user opt-in before initiating applicable outbound messages.

5. Why we process information

We process information to respond to enquiries, provide support, operate channel routing and delivery evidence, maintain security, prevent abuse, handle opt-in/opt-out and deletion requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve operational reliability.

6. Platform data and third-party providers

We may process platform data from channel providers only for the purposes described in this policy and in applicable service agreements. We do not sell personal data. We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising profiling.
