Prohibited use

You may not use NexisGate for spam, unauthorized bulk messaging, deceptive sender identity, scams, harassment, unlawful content, scraping, credential collection, malware, policy bypass, or personal-account automation that violates provider rules.

Messaging requirements

Businesses must use accurate sender identity, honor opt-out requests, obtain required opt-in, send only relevant business communication, and comply with channel-specific policies and local laws.

Enforcement

NexisGate Hub may suspend, restrict, report, or terminate access where misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, or platform policy violations are suspected.

Report abuse

Email admin@nexisgate.com with evidence, message screenshots, phone numbers, timestamps, and a short description of the suspected abuse.
