Data deletion
Data deletion request process.
Users may request deletion of personal data processed by NexisGate Hub where applicable law and contractual obligations allow.
How to request deletion
- Email admin@nexisgate.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us which channel or service was used, such as website enquiry, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mobile Web, or a customer application.
- Provide identifiers needed to locate the data, such as your email address or phone number, but do not send passwords, OTPs, tokens, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
- We will verify the request and respond with confirmation, rejection reason, or further verification steps.
Some data may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, audit evidence, or legitimate business record obligations.
